SIX has been open here virtually every day since December 4th. However
there appears to be lack of amateur activity since New Year's Day; my
loggings have been mainly beacons from many parts of the country. Here is
yesterday's list from 0900 WAST to 2200 WAST (all day!!!):
VK8RAS, VK4RTL, VK4FMQ heard but not worked, VK7RAE, VK7RST, VK5RBV (heard
every day), VK3RMV (also heard every day).
This means that SIX has been open virtually every day to Albany from 4th
December to 6th January.
There is little sign of any TWO metre openings across the Bight except for
a couple openings early in December, one very good.. Weather patterns are
not right for this area over the past few days.
