Hi Ian and all,

Assuming (and you know what they say about assume) the CICA has any sense
at all they will not pay crime compensation for a non crime. Again
assuming UK law, that would set an amazing precedent and opem a can of
worms of enourmous proportions. Basically it would overturn the legal
system setting it on it's ear, lawyers would be quoting the case of A vs.
B ad infinitum.

So child A has been removed from parental custody, what about child B?
Both were left unattended in a car no less making both sets of parents
guilty of child abuse, again I assume UK law.

Pardon me if I don't know which end of the donkey I'm riding, it's
difficult to play lawyer from way over here. Speaking of which, there is
a great opportunity when it comes to Civil Law, add that to the mix and
some Rumpoles are going to get mighty rich.

Quoting Pete:
"Have a great day..Ian....I hope you get better replys then mine."
I don't know which of you is worse you or Rodge but if you would keep it
brief, to the point, minus more quotes than reply you might not end up in
the bit bucket next to him. (;->) (?)
