A REAL MISH-MASH !!
I have seen in the last 2 days at least 120 bulletins placed on the Packet
Radio Network by ZS6RO.
They have appeared, in their multitude, with designators such as "HBREW",
"DXTIPS", "HARDWA" etc. and appear to contain very little of any real
substance.
I see all of this as being of practically no consequence, however, I will
provide (below) just one example of one of these bulletins.
One really has to wonder just what this is all about.
I can only assume that he has nothing better to do than copy portions of
disjointed and repetitive discussion from the Internet and place these
messages on the Network.
The whole thing seems pointless and a waste of time to me.
I have to wonder also just what the various SYSOPS think about this
seeming abuse of the system(s) they support.
The messages from ZS6RO all have the following included:-

How on earth does he expect the Packet Radio operator to reply to someone
whose Packet address is not even provided??
These, and many other, questions must come to mind when considering what
appears to be a rather thoughtless exercise on the part of ZS6RO.
(I think his name may be Dick, but none of the messages indicate his
name.)
