Don't cast aspersions like that. The manager for Ed has leaned over
backwards to assist all of us. I know of no one who has NOT received a card
for a valid contact that has not received his/her card whether they sent in
ANYTHING with their QSL or not. You owe an apology to everyone who has been
associated with the endeavor.
