What a brilliant idea, I noticed from google earth that I can see a white
plastic garden table in my backyard which is less than a meter square.
Your suggestion leads to all sorts of things one can do along the lines of
the old chunky Tandy graphics.
for example,
We could have a satellite art competition
Put your callsign out so there is no doubt where your qth is
Use it as a store and forward messaging system with variable delay
Of course if you put out racist messages on the ground in your own
backyard which can only be seen from 22000km away, is that an offence?
Ditto for pornographic pictures,
The possibilities seem endless, world fame is but a photograph and a year
or two away.
