Not a dumb question at all (I've done plenty of things in my life).
I was on line and using quite a fast modem 3G (idling at 3,6mbps), and I
upped my screen resolution too.

Okay, let me try and explain a bit clearer .....
In the window provided (asking for street name etc.), I enter the street
name. (I'm obedient), and in the "place" window (city / country), I enter
Bellville - Cape Town - South Africa.
This too, produces "no results were found". Then, I shorten the contents
in the place window further, thinking the search string was too long, but
still ... "no results were found".
So, what I've done now, was to go the long way, and hone in on the
southern tip of Africa, and keep aiming for what looks familiar, until
EVENTUALLY,
I arrive at my house.
Sheesh the picture I eventually arrived at, was taken atleast 3 months
ago. The loaned vehicle in the driveway was returned to the garage. And
there is no sign of a vehicle in the back yard or my 2 meter diameter dish
(facing partially skywards).
