Hi Pete and all,
Google barfed at the ARC address but I can clearly see the shadows of
your masts and the street lamp pole across the street. It would appear
the image was taken late morning in winter. I have serious doubts about
your claim, if the resolution were that fine I could count the blades of
grass on the lawn. It looks pretty good though, probably about a metre
judging by calibration images I have seen but that's a guess off the top
of my head.
Oh, there's a tag for the pedants in there, can you spot it? (;->)
