I see no reason NOT to talk about EchoLink or any other topic within the
bounds of law and good taste. That's what Amateur Radio is all about,
discussion and the exchange of ideas and information.
If you wish to talk about a topic which is not Amateur Radio related such
as EchoLink or any other non radio land line communications system you
are invited to do so except in France where non Amateur traffic is
prohibited, your messages will not be seen there.
