Sorry OM it already has, VoIP repeater linking is a joke in itself. 
Anyone with a Windows OS can use VoIP, video, IM, file transfer, remote 
operation of another PC and a sort of drawing pad over the Internet and 
the best part is you don't need an Amateur Radio license to do it. Sorry 
hambones, the geeks are light years ahead of you.

'Scuse me, I have a "sked" with a friend in the UK, time to close the 
packet program and open the Net Meeting videophone. Hmmmm, I'd like to 
see a 70cM ATV signal span the Atlantic. (;->)
