Ooooops - errm, no it isn't!

Instead, try:

http://www.echolink.org

Neat site and a nice "tour". Whether or not it's to one's liking - and it
isn't everyone's "cup of tea", it's certainly providing a lot of pleasure
to a lot of amateurs worldwide, and is a boon to those who have antenna
problems. I just checked the current status at:

http://www.echolink.org/logins.asp

There were 2472 amateurs logged in to 857 repeaters around the world.

Well done to those who make it all happen, and good luck to those who take
pleasure from using it.

>Sign up and the whole world opens up for you.

Indeed it does. Those 857 repeaters girdle the globe.

(Incidentally, why do some people say "the four corners of the world" -
are they members of the "flat earth brigade"? :-)

>Oh Yes.... Only for HAMRADIO OPERATORS !!

Well you can't have everything - some are quite normal:-)

>Those Forefather should be happy aye?

It depends on how the mood of the moment takes them! Happiness often tends
to be a temporary state of affairs with radio amateurs, between prolonged
bouts of grumpiness:-)

Quote of the day:
                           "Happiness"
                            ~~~~~~~~~
"To be stupid, selfish, and have good health are three requirements for
happiness, though if stupidity is lacking, all is lost".
Gustave Flaubert (1821 - 1880)
