I thought I had better check on the real % of smokers in this state before
someone takes me up with a ream ofinformation contradicting me.
The Cancer Council site states that West Oz has 300 000 smokers. That is
15% of the population, well down on a few years ago. Of those 1200 will
die of lung cancer or a smoking related disease this year.
With the new taxes being imposed and the restrictions placed on smoking
recently herre and more to come, it seems that smoking in this state is
really a "dying" disease,
