Oh dear David, it wasn't my gaff - see the original from Brian G8VPR.
I spotted it but was too kind to comment on it other than put the
phrase in inverted commas.
He may have meant Non-interference, I don't know. But whatever it meant
it was irrelevent to "7.000 to 7.100".
If you are so bothered, then you will have to ask Brian what he meant.

Back to the ciggies thing - I thought everything had to have instructions
these days - so why are ciggies different ?
I always remember the TV sketch about Sir Francis Drake and his introduction
of tobacco to civilisation, to date that is the only instructions that I
have ever seen on how to use tobacco.

On the subject of (mis)spelling, surely the only important thing is that
the originators intention is put across. If it is understood then the
spelling becomes secondary.
