From the above it is my understanding that '60 dB' is meant to be S9 +
60dB
If that is the case then the voltage corresponding with S9 + 60dB is 1000
times the voltage applicable to S9 ; this equals 50 times 1000 is 50000
microvolts equals 50 mV. (not 32 mV)
60 dB or 6 Bell means a power ratio of 10E6 or a voltage ratio of sqrt10E6
equals 10E3 equals 1000.
This is NOT to be pedantic but to confirm my understanding or otherwise.
If I am wrong please let me know , I am open to learning.
