Subject: Chinese made goods are junk!

Well folks I've had enough of it.

From kitchen utensils, tools, consumer goods and rf parts, if they're made
in China they will fall apart in five minutes.

The UK consumer probably thinks that they've never had it so good with
cheap goods and buying power - but is it worth it in the long run ?

Are other country's being flooded with this cheap tat ?

It gets worse, even component suppliers are selling cheapo Chinese produced
parts that fail to make the grade and I'm sick of it.

Not wishing to seem pedantic, but I expect simple things like fuse holders
to be made so that I don't find 90 ohms of resistance from one end to
the other, rf connectors that don't fall apart, kitchen knives that stay
straight, screws that have decent plating on them etc.

I think it's about time we started a backlash and reject these goods.

It might also lead to homegrown goods being manufactured again in our own
country's too.
