Hi Dave,
The cause **MIGHT** be that you haven't used it recently.
I had a similar problem with an O2 mobile phone as I hadn't made any
recent calls. It was 5 years old. So rather than pursue the matter I
binned it. I did lose quite a lot of credit.
AS I have a Nokia 3210, which is just a year old, I make sure to make the
odd phone call to keep it active.
Sometimes it rings to update the sim card but not very often.
Have you tried a œ5 topup. If YES then an Orange shop may be the answer.
