In answer to your question, your reasoning is a bit off. If your laws in
the UK with regard to fair trade are anything like the US, the government
cannot mandate fair trade. I think someone handed you a smelly old red
herring.
One thing you have going for you is that BP among others do not import
OPEC oil.
Still, prices continue to climb sharply with the impending war. I'll
leave you to fill in the blanks...
I expect the price of liquified PETROLEUM gas is rising along with gas
and other heating fuels as they are rising here, no matter WHAT we use,
we pay. That includes electricity, fuel adjustment charges.
Sadmadman is just a pawn in a much larger game that many fail to
understand due to the scope and magnitude of what's behind the scenes,
The New World Order. Politicians are much worse than those blood suckers
you think of them as, they are DANGEROUS. As someone in the Peace
Movement back in the 60s once said (the name has slipped into obscurity)
"Blind faith in your leader, ANY leader can get you killed."
So much for politics, religion and the other impediments to life, liberty
and the persuit of happiness.
