I guess that is because when un Russia, the home-network of the b-number
(the one you dialed, the calling "station" is called a-number by
convention) has been caged via a phone-patch interface.

a-mumber ->UK-PLMN->UA-PLMN->patch (over-air) interface->b-number
network-> b-number.

This is somewhat used to reduce interconnection costs (even in companies
for calling mobile subscribers), but in this case, the SIM card of the
patching device "should" not show his number!
