It will probably arrive Brett, as it was sent using "Recorded Delivery". I
have never failed to receive or have received any item that I have sent or
had sent me by "Recorded" or "Signed For" delivery.
Now if you had internet access Brett, you could have tracked where your post
was right now, using the tracking number that recorded delivery provides!
You could still do that using a computer at your local library.
Can't help you with the rest of your question as I've had no experience of
what you are requesting, though I have transferred a simm card from one
mobile to another.
