Or, as in the old days, when c=186,000 miles/s, you could convert to ft/s
mass in Lbs and E would be in ft Lbs.
I wonder what Einstein worked in. He wouldn't necessarily use metres &
kilos on 1905. SI units werent invented either.
The only book I ever read by him didn't go into units.
