RAFARS COUNCIL URGENT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
On Monday 19th April 2010 members of Council received an anonymous e-mail
from rafars_action_group@tiscali.co.uk
The e-mail was unsigned, and contains material which, by its nature, must
be dealt with as a matter of priority.
If any member knows the person(s) using this e-mail address please inform
Mike G7JPN, the General Secretary of the society as a matter of urgency.
Note: e-mails will be handled over the bank holiday and messages can be
left on the HQ answerphone.
GB4HFH HELP FOR HEROES AND GB5AFD ARMED FORCES DAY.
Both the above calls will be activated 1 Jun to 8 Jun from the Training
Wing, 21 Signals Regiment (air support) Colerne, Wilts. SN14 8QY.
GB5AFD will also be activated from 21 TO 30 Jun from BARS Sully, Vale of
Glamorgan CF64 5SP
Both the SESs will be activated again from 1 Jul to 28 Jul from Dinas
Powis CF64 4TG. QSL via the Bureau, Services or direct SAE to Dennis

Short Debrief for AOTA Weekend 3/4 April by News Desk
News Desk list ended up with 24 Stations taking part over the two days.
Conditions were quite good so those who were after a Certificate should
have had no problems in obtaining 5 plus Stations. Next year it will be
advertised in the RadCom and after seen the support this year for the
first
time, next year should be even a bigger event. Well done the AOTA Team and
all the members and some none members who set up an AOTA Stations.

DISCOVERY STS134 WILL BE THE LAST SHUTTLE TO VISIT THE ISS.
The ISS will then be fully operational for a relay/staging space station
to
other Space Satellites, Planets and beyond by flight modules.
All Shuttle Flights are subject to delays.
