7 Victoria and 9 Metchosin SAR members conducted a shoreline search of
Thetis Lake for the occupants of a boat that was found abandoned on the
beach. The subjects had left their boat beached overnight and SAR was
stood down when they returned to retrieve it.

fallen down a 20 foot embankment while out with a youth group at the north
