I have an Olympic Scanner that is a clone of Mustek and it will not work
under w2000. It only works with w98 or win me.
However in saying that I have a friend who has one as well and his version
of WinXP works with it just fine.
Some of these older scanners like mine, the makers have gone out of
business and no drivers are available.
I wish you luck. The only alternative is to have a second computer with
w98 or a dual boot system with both win XP and w98 running
