FBBTOWEB shows the bulletins received or emitted from a BBS type FBB in a WEB
page whose WEB server is installed in the same PC that the WINFBB.
Example: http://www.cx2sa.net/b/fbbtoweb.htm
This version includes a special filter that calculates the number of days
between the original date of creation of bulletin versus the previous instant
to process the message.
If there are more than 30 days the message is automatically discarded.
It was created to mitigate the entrance of old messages to the web page.
If you are updating from old versions of FBBTOWEB DON'T replace FBBTOWEB.INI
file in the upgrade process, ONLY replace FBBTOWEB.exe
