I don't know what you are talking about with "all those railway lines".
There is a shunting yard at the port the main function of which is to
serve the CBH grain terminal which has been at the port for over 50 years
and the woodchip loading facility. The lines are mainly through traffic to
the loading facilities but some are no longer in use now there is no
passenger traffic. "All those railway lines" is a gross exaggeration. Some
go to storage sheds which are no longer in use. In fact one shed is now
the Port Theatre, a converted store shed.I know what a port is. I lived in
Fremantle for some time, which is a much larger port than Albany. We used
to be allowed to go fishing there in those days but no more. Google can't
differentiate between lines that are in use today and those which have
been there for 150 years, no longer in use.
Sorry Warren, but your knowledge of this city is limited. You have never
been here have you? Well stop telling me I don't know my own home town!!!
I don't need a map library. I only have to drive 5 km and I'm right there!
Stop teaching your grandmother to suck eggs as the sayng goes!
Cheer up!

You mentioned Google too late for me, I already know where I'm going. Now
if YOU use it and it's an up todate map library you'll see all the
railway lines and highways with the port of Albany smack in the middle of
it. Hint; there's more to a port than a terminal so I hope you recognize
them and stop trying to slip red herrings into my sardines,
