I quite agree. If one opened up close enough then I would likely transfer
to RF. However, that seems unlikely as even less RF traffic is about now.
You can monitor 2m and 70cm constantly and the same cliques appear to chat
to each other with few CQ calls going out. I still shout CQ but much less
than I did. Of course all of my radio work, including PC packet has taken
a back seat to my dowsing and possibly will for the duration. Regards,
