Greetings and thanks for reading this rubbish..
(well it's better than the "other" rubbish) ;-)
Right then, can someone tell me why the US licencing scheme places
restrictions upon which "pices" of each band a licence class can use ?
This seems a bit strange to me, surely if you are qualified to use the HF
bands then you might as well be alowed to use the full HF bands rather
than bits of each band.
Oh well apart from this small criticism at least the US has the sense to
still require a morse test.
