	I notice that several have said to boot up in the safe mode, BUT if you
have a nicely arranged, full page of ICONS, then when the computer is
rebooted, these ICONS are strewn all over the desktop. 
	Relocating these can take longer than defrag. However I have been
defragging ever since hard discs appeared in computers and I have only on
one or two of hundreds of defrags, ever experienced long times to defrag.
Probably because I do it, once a week However when defrag was over
lengthy, it was found, that the hard disc was on the way out.
	Another aspect of computer house keeping, is BACKUP. It amazes me how
many folk never back up and in fact don't even know what it means!
