I think the problem here is that failing to read the whole request for help
and then telling someone who has read the whole request that their solution
is not optimal can lead to the provider of the best solution getting a
little "disappointed".
Perhaps the best reply Harry would have been..
"D'Oh! Didnt see that bit Tom. I think you're right here".
Of course I'm never (absolutely never, ever) wrong so I don't have to do
this.
