Hi Pete and all,

Oh yeah, I'm sure one can come up with "interesting" phonetics for 
military and government acronyms, you can have as much fun with those 
"alphabet agencies" as you can have with callsigns. Mine BTW is 
difficult, someone came up with one that I never used because vanity 
isn't part of my personality.

Now I'm chuckling.

Captain Warren took an axe
And gave that Brit forty whacks.
When the job was nicely done
They gave packet forty one.

What really gave me a laugh was when the head fell off and landed on his 
foot... several times. As a footnote, it was a learning experience for me 
and surely you've noticed that motley crew across the pond is all gone, 
they cut their own throats in an unrelated matter and packet returned to 
normal.
