Hi Ian and all,

I've heard of that method of controlling prisoners also used on POWs during 
the Korean and Vietnam wars but it wasn't named, then you mentioned the 
Stockholm Syndrome. I gave it a quick lookup before packet could time out so 
I'll have to check back later to find out where they got Stockholm from.

You mentioned a typical yard long German compound word I got a bit of a 
giggle from. Slightly different terminology across the pond, on the right 
side is tram driver, on the left side is motorman even if he drives a trolly. 
Leave it to the Germans to complicate things, lektrischestrassenbahnwagenfurer
e (put the e back where it belongs) is literally electric streets way wagon 
leader. Oh what a mouthful!
