occorre collegarsi al sito WEB

oppure su http://welcome.to e poi andare sulla pagina per le
registrazioni....
indi inserire nella:
- casella Callsign Nominativo
- casella First & Lastname Nome e Cognome
- casella Address Line 1 Via/Piazza N^ solo per Winpack
- casella Address Line 2 CAP e Paese (Prov) solo per Winpack
- casella Country selezionare la Nazione (Italy)
e per finire
cliccare sul bottone "Register UI-View" o "Register Winpack".
Cosi' facendo viene generata una e-mail che verra' spedita alla persona
appropriata per la generazione del codicce di registrazione.
La e-mail conterra' le seguenti info (nell'esempio e' per UIVIEW)
[[ (Callsign) IZ4XYZ (Name) GERMAN ROSSIN ]]
NON INSERIRE nient'altro... e spedisci.
Si e' verificato che se il richiedente ha un indirizzo del
tipo (verizon.com oppure aol.com ) potrebbe non ricevere la
registrazione.... in questi casi usate un diveso indirizzo....
Il messaggio via e-mail e' facilmente importabile nel sistema di
registrazione e can easily be imported into and processed by the
registration system.

I think you (and all registration applicants) should accept that
volunteer registrators (i.e., all registrators) from time to time are
away for the weekend, are visiting neighbours, children, grandchildren,
and so on, and one should allow several days of delay.
When some of us are away for longer periods of time, though, his email
address won't be automatically entered in the generated registration
request email.
