	For a good entertaining read on the perspective of a"New Australian", try
to get hold of a copy of "They're a Weird Mob" by Nino Culotta. It's an
oldie but still very entertaining. I think the follow-up was called "Cop
This Lot", also by the samer author.

Such are the pitfalls of staring life in a newer strange environment.
 Pity some of the flood of imports are not as tolerant as they were back
then. Most want the new start but reatin all rhe trappings ofwhat they
left behind.  Seems the old saying "When in Rome...." has been given the
heave-ho by the PC brigade.
