Hello Barry VK2AAB and others;
 
  Barry so far this is one of two I found that we were talking about
and I think you also in one passed posting mentioned it in the
local papers.   The French journalist, posted it on a website somewhere
not a paper as mentioned in this passed posting of yours and a website
with it.
 
I hope this clears it up, so we can have a sensible dialogue instead of
yes and no ...and all the yapping.   Hope it helps you ...here it is;

  I think we can all say that reports have a shelf life, and if any
new reserves are found or new development tchnologys this report
and others have to be updated.
