6 Robson Valley SAR members were called out to rescue an injured
snowmobiler in the Kakwa Recreation Area, 40 miles NW of McBride. SAR
members and paramedics were flown in at first light and the subject was
airlifted out for transport to hospital by BCAS.

Lake for a male who was believed to have capsized his boat in the Crawford
Bay area. Nothing was located and the members were stood down pending
further RCMP investigation.

13 West Coast Inland SAR members responded to search for 2 missing hikers
in Tonquin Park. A party of 4 went hiking and became separated along the
way. 2 members of the group made their way out of the area and alerted
police when the other 2 failed to show up. The two missing individuals
were located unharmed and escorted safely out of the area.

injured snowmobiler who drove off a cliff at Cecilia Lake in the Kakwa
Provincial Park. The injured snowmobiler was located, airlifted out and
transported to hospital.

reports of an overturned boat just south of Naramata on Okanagan Lake.
Upon arrival, rescuers found that several tarps floating on the lake had
been mistaken for a boat.

to search the vehicle for occupants and concluded the vehicle was
