That statement assumes that analogue was properly "viewable" in the first
place. For many people it is a luxury that they have never had.
And that's with the excessive erp that they use to try to paper over the
cracks. Try analogue with the erp that digital easily manages with and you
will find people throwing their analogue tvs into the skip.

Analogue tv is outdated rubbish that belongs to the 20th century.

You NEVER get a "perfect" picture on analogue, but on digital you will get
it 99.999% of the time. ( "Perfect" I define as receiving what the
broadcasters intend you to get ).
